You head out the door with heaviness on your mind not knowing what to do anymore. Maybe getting dressed triggered it or you just don’t believe you can change. You try to put on a “happy” face, but silently suffer.

It’s quite common to keep our food and body challenges to ourselves. We’re embarrassed about what we eat, how much we eat, and our inability to stick to our diet. We feel shame about our perceived flaws and live with self-criticism.

I know it seems like you’re alone, but really, you’re not the only one. Group therapy provides a sense of community with others who are facing similar challenges.

  • You'll have a place to share experiences, struggles, victories, and stories, without judgment
  • You’re supported by learning from others and relieved to know someone else understands
  • You’ll be known and accepted for who you are, as is

Group therapy meets one night a week from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Groups last for 6 weeks and are limited to 6-8 members.
